Use Aromatherapy As a WEIGHT LOSS Tool!

Aromatherapy and Your Weight Loss Efforts!

Well, Some new studies have shown that aromatherapy for weight loss can be done! Aromatherapy can help reduce the emotional issues surrounding weight and certain scents have been shown to help control appetite.



Luckily, Sleep Scentsations can be used to balance your appetite, help to relieve food cravings, enhance your digestion and metabolism, just by breathing while your sleeping!

The connection between smell and appetite are thought to be extremely close. As we’ve mentioned before, aromatherapy works on our olfactory system.
